About NepView

NepView is an information platform operated by Nepview Private Limited providing data about Nepal’s securities market (NEPSE), including prices, charts, indices, IPO/FPO information, and (subject to applicable SEBON licensing) trading functionality. Until and unless Nepview Private Limited holds the relevant SEBON license, no real securities trading is offered through this Platform; any trading-related features shown are for information or demonstration purposes only.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend, modify, or terminate the Platform or any account that violates these terms or is suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
